I was given Trazodone to help me sleep since I was diagnosed. Without it, I'm lucky to get 3-4 hours of horrible sleep. My question is this...have any of you heard of it giving you unusual cravings? Or could it just be the PTSD?

I don't think PTSD is related to cravings so much, so I'd lean toward the trazadone causing it. Have you googled "trazadone cravings"?

I took trazadone awhile ago but didn't get far with it as a tiny dose gave me these horrible "hangover" type headaches.

Trazadone gave me vivid dreams and hungover days. I didn't take it very long, but I don't recall developing cravings. I had cravings my whole life. Sometimes I think I'm addicted to my cravings because they shift my mood into a place where I am free of intrusive memories.
