No work for me today - Just a day to focus on the support for hubby.....

I have ordered some 5 HTP and Co Q 10 - which seems to be natural mood lifters

Also they have a special PTSD team in Southend in Essex and it is free too. We have ordered the forms and will be seeing them in the New Year....
