I feel like there is no one magic solution. My symptoms have been reduced by 80-90% without medication but I did a lot of different things and it was really hard work. As far as natural remedies go, I found that aromatherapy using high quality essential oils, amplified the benefits of nearly every flashback or stress management technique I tried. This is because when you sniff an essential oil the aromatic molecules go directly to the limbic region of your brain where your stress response is regulated. I would say that most of my efforts were focused on handling flashbacks at first. I learned how to recognize when I was in a flashback and had a repertoire of things I would do to process through it, such as practicing mindfulness, doing a grounding yoga pose, etc. Sniffing essential oil directly from the bottle or diffusing it, was probably the easiest most effective tool I had. I also bring my little travel oil of essential oils everywhere I go and there are little EO inhalers scattered around the house. I also have a diffuser necklace I wear if I know I'm not going to carry my travel bag. I don't get full blown flashbacks anymore but the oils are still invaluable to me when I am feeling triggered. The other technique/remedy that is worth mentioning is I would sometimes use a powdered magnesium drink called Natural Calm. Most people are deficient in magnesium, especially if we're under a lot of stress. The action of making the drink and drinking it gave me something safe to focus on when I was having a flashback. Plus the magnesium itself has a calming effect. You can also buy magnesium pills.
