More Scary Drama With My Daughters Ex.

Over a year ago my daughter was beaten up by her then husband while she was asleep in bed.

We knew with the final settlement that took over a year to get, he is up to something and we are really scared.

He was supposed to be in court but he is also on probation for two years. I do not think he is allowed to be out of the state. It sounds like an alibi. He claims he is in Albany taking care of his ill mom.

My daughter thinks he wants to sniper her off before court.

It is such a long story and I am so weary of the terrorism this guy has had over this family for over a year.

I have had such thoughts myself that he is going to snap when he loses in court again.

My daughter is doing all she can to get information to find out where he really is. He could still be in California.

We are all trying not to allow our imaginations to run away with us. But this guy is a skilled marksmanship because he is in the army and has a store of unregistered guns the police did not get on the night they arrested him.

She is in contact with her lawyer and the Albany police department. She is just for the sake of peace of mind trying to find out where he really is.

He has done so many terrorist acts against my daughter this past year.

She just wants to be divorced and free of him.

Had to vent this one out. My rant. I am waiting to see what information she found out. Thank goodness it is Friday and her lawyer is still at her office.

If he went to Albany, then he broke his probation and could get arrested again. I am at such a loss. We are so afraid of him and I do not want me and my family to be just another statistic that fell through the cracks and disappeared.

What a great relief. My amazing daughter called the Albany police and they went to his parents house to check and see if he was really there. And he was. Now she has to wait until Monday to see if he is breaking his probation and she will report him. We were so scared because he has lied so much and gotten away with all of his lies. I think his terrorism of us has driven us nuts.

We are still afraid of him. But at least we know where he really is.

When my husband died, I got a sympathy card from him and there is no way in hell he could have known that. He has been following us and stalking us in spite of two restraining orders against him.

No response is needed. I was just ranting.

He has broken us down and got inside of our heads. He gaslights. He plays crazy making head games and we are all tired and exhausted and mentally drained.

He is in Albany, New York. He will have a phone conference in the court on Monday. I am so glad my daughter does not have to see him.

Thanks for the comfort. He is a really scary guy. We are so tired of dealing with him.

Thanks to my daughters right thinking she had the Albany police go over to his parents house and he was there, so this is the first time he has told the truth in over a year.

We are so exhausted from all of the mental headgames his attorney and him have played over a year.
