If you go to your GP Awakening you can get him/her to give you a mental health plan where you can get 10 visits subsidised quite significantly (maybe cost you $30) and I think they can apply for more if you really need it - but definitely 10 per year.

I had the same problem finding somone to help me. The small bit of insurance that I have does not have any coverage for therapy. I did some searching for a place with a sliding scale for payment. It took me a few phonecalls, but I ended up finding somone thru the abused woman shelter. I know that I'm a grown up now and that my "nightmares" happened long ago, but they found somone to work with me-on a payscale that I could afford. Thank goodness! If you just keep looking, I'm sure you can find somone.
