My mentee her work published in national magazine

I do poetry mentoring and the person I've been mentoring will be giving her first poetry reading and receiving copies of her first publication this week.

I just wanted to acknowledge this as a success, her success and mine as a mentor being able to support someone to achieve a goal.

Maybe I'm grasping. Maybe not entirely useless afterall!
