I always said when my so called mother was born they should have glued her knees together as didn't deserve to have children.

Caught up reading your thread ((((Sandra)))), this so gets to me hearing horrible things that people have done to kids. I know that you are still dealing with the effects of what they have done ... or rather what your mother has done. I so respect people and women who tell me that they do not want to have children, at least they know they will not be able to fill the parental duties, so they are opting to be responsable adults. I'm so sorry that you had to suffer things like that, you were a child that didn't deserve that kind of treatment, no human deserves that !

Ron, no I never minimized her. In my eyes she was the worst monster who walked this earth.

That is so true Froggie. I went sterile in my mid 20s from my thyroid disease. But my family still held that against me. And for not re-marrying as well. Needless to say I was very left out of many things due to this.

Even if I was able to have any, I wouldn't have. As deep down I knew children weren't for me. And as you said if one doesn't want, it's best they don't. And with my marriage being a total disaster it was best we didn't even if I could. How do you tell a young child(ren) that their father hung himself you know.
