Mystery Shopping Seems To Work For Me Right Now.....

I seem to have fallen into something that works for me to make some income. A good thing too as I sure can use it. I have been mystery shopping and I am more and more liking it - it doesn't pay all that well but right now I am in a situation where my bills are low so it works.

I love how contact with the company you contract out for is all online, and if you can get shops and complete them, the process is all online, and if there are no questions/issues/comments/concerns, you can get your pay on paypal with most mystery shopping companies without even having to deal with another human being - other than on your shops.

You also have control if you want to accept a particular shop or not, and can take as many as you can get - though it can be competitive and probably right off the bat you won't get that many. But it's working for me right now with my PTSD so I thought I would pass it along.....Squireparty

I also do a little mystery shopping but I must admit it is usually when the companies email me rather than me going to their sites to look for assignments.

I live in a rural county which limits what I can do. My last assignment was to a local English Heritage site and my my included admission for 2. This meant H came as well, we took a picnic and had a lovely morning.

The pay isn't good but for me it goes towards little extras.

I'm in the UK and the agency I work for has been fine. I've just emailed them about a survey at a local farm shop - one of my favourites.

I found them through Google and then I researched the company.

I work for several companies as an IC and I found out about them online. I don't know if I can give the web address out where you can get more info? If it's OK I'd be glad to. Anyway, at first you will more than likely only get the low paying ones but once you build a rep, you will start getting more work - provided your rep is a good one - and you will find your niche eventually as there are many different kinds of shops available and it's not a one size fits all kind of thing.

I find that with my PTSD, mystery shopping works as I have some control over the variables and can accept/decline work as I wish.
