Navigation Changes

As refining the navigation is an ongoing process to ensure there is room for required features that require the space... and navigation space is like hard to obtain property, I have made a better change for the members tabbed content, that is used, but isn't used heavily or really essential to take up valuable space.

Therefor, you can now find the members links under the 'Home' tab drop down / sub-navigation, including the recent activity news feed.
