Need Advice

Hi I wanted to say that I'm currently getting counseling at the VA they diagnosed me with adjustment disorder with anxious and depressed mood. I deployed to OIF and OEF. I will start to go to an anger management group. I did experience combat with an ambush in OEF and IEDS in Iraq. I'm not even sure if my problems relate to these or not. I'm currently taking care of my mother plus going to college. Thus it triggers some things in me. A SSG in my unit told me to make a claim but how if I'm not sure and they diagnosed me with AD? They prescribed me with Bupropion HCL 100 MG I take it twice a day for mood and depression. I'm also getting out of the military because I'm taking care of my mother. It sounds like I will end up been discharged medically once a final conclusion is determined at the VA Hospital.

You've got an awful lot going on. It sounds like even with all that you are finding time to take care of yourself. That's awesome! Kudos to you :tup:!

What exactly is it you want advice for? Are you just wondering how to contend with your busy schedule and manage PTSD?

It does sound like you have a lot going. The anger management sounds a lot like what they put my older brother through when in fact he was dealing with a lot PTSD. It did help, I have to say and I help it works for you. It seems to be a a piece of a large puzzle.

I'm not sure what you are asking either, could you please clarify.
