@Sighs sometimes yes, sometimes no. Usually if he tries to point out I'm amped up then it just pisses me off more, so he waits and we talk about whatever the problem was. We try to keep the discussion of the problem separate from my reaction because if I can't see it, there is no use talking to me about it. Ill just mix them up again. Later, when all is calm, we can talk about how I reacted to a situation. I think the key is talking about the reaction after the problem is solved.
