Yep that makes sense.
Where I seriously lack in competence (not quite the word I need but all my brain can formulate) though is my ability to provide the "right" support. I never really had a good example in that area. So as someone recently told me; "What I'm learning is, there are a whole bunch of folks who are in the same or similar boat...we're all just kind of making it up as we go along." I guess that will have to be good enough and let the "professional team" pick up my slack in a sense. I don't know if that came out like I meant it.

It's so easy to take on too much, and much better to reach out for help, that's all.
This is true, and I will try to remind myself of this daily and assess where we are at.
