You know... It may be the worst idea ever (to unload our criminals on our enemies)... But it sure is a tempting thought. Right up until they prosper and get stronger, then come home, or worse stay & network. Come to think of it, though, seeing how that's pretty much how the US, CA, & AU started...? Maybe not such a bad idea afterall. Anyone feel like colonizing the Middle East?
