Hi LoneWolf! I love the name! Welcome to you as well! I'm sorry for your loss as well. Yes, my childhood was definitely a struggle and it seems I was a magnet for some real losers but I was determined to survive. My parents used to also drink heavily when I was younger. I guess that's why nobody really noticed what was going on with me. I have to look past the bad, turn it into something good to help others in order to survive. I just have to get back into coping with things again. In later years my parents and I developed a really close relationship and it took the wind out of my sails because I didn't have to support I needed to truly grieve the loss. I'm getting there though! Hang in there LoneWolf! we didn't get this far for nothing!! Hugs!

I most definitely will post more about my EMDR sessions as time goes on. My next appointment is Tuesday so it may take a few days after before I post anything. I'm hoping that I will continue to have a positive outcome with it. Best wishes and hugs to you Ann!
