Hi, my names sindy and I have ptsd .I found out I had this when I was working at
a mental hospital. I hope to learn from the group as well as be a support.I had therapy for
almost 2 yrs and now am learning to go it on my own. I have no money for more,ins. ran out.
But I think I do better working on my co-depenancy problems more anyway. So I go to a 12
step group once a week and it really helps.
