You're absolutely right! It does suck and more than just messes with your head.

Join the gang....except this is a good gang. Sometimes when a bunch of people share in the messed up havoc, well...Maybe it's not quite as horrible as it feels.

I'm new here too & was officially told I had PTSD in 2001. So happy to find a website with people who have a bit of understanding into their own issues. I think I had pre-PTSD from parents with poor coping skills & a school system that had no idea how to deal with me!
