We have remarkably similar experiences with our agencies 'rules'. I am still quite upset about the my exit. I was so unwell (and all from the job) I think they could do things better. I think the number of people being exited or exiting these agencies must be enormous but I never hear of anyone founding some sort of organisation to give us all a voice.
I am going to look into TM. I heard about it about 30 years ago in another life and thought maybe that is all for hippies lol. But now I have lots of reasons to explore. Thank you.
