Agreed, the grinding of the teeth is a PITA. I don't wear my night guard nearly as often as I should and when I do it only lasts a few weeks. Seems to be contagious because now my wife is doing it in her sleep as well :p
Been working at the local naval hospital to get hours before I apply for the physicians assistant program I'd like to attend in a years time, and the PA I'm currently shadowing turned me on to an iPhone app called Epocrates. There are a multiple components to the app, a few of them are paid (I'd ignore them unless you're truly interested), but the one thing this app does really well is drug interactions.
It'll basically let you pick a few prescription meds and check the interactions, as well as any warnings or other pertinent information about specific medications.
I only mention it because we should be well informed, not because we should start self medicating.
App requires you to create a free account, just use a fake email and password to avoid any spam to purchase their subscription service. There's no verification links required, just annoying emails if you give any real information to them.
