Hello.

I am new to this forum. I have just started to get involved with other forms of healing.

I am a multiple survivor and I am emotionally exhausted. I am doing this so I can have a more balanced life.

Welcome to the forum.

Take your time reading and posting, so you dont over do it right from the start. It can be emotionally draining if you jump straight in reading everything on your first few log in's.

Maybe you could share more of your own story here, again in bits if it is difficult for you.
