Hi and welcome X sorry to hear you've suffered , but you have def come to the right place. Full of kind, understanding, helpful and non judgemental people who are always happy to support. I've received lots of support here even if I'm having a really bad episode and want to offload, there's always someone who will make me feel better. Hopefully in time you will be able to open up more to allow us to understand the extent of your traumas so we can support in the right way. But don't feel pressured, just be you and we will be here for you when you need the support. Good luck on your journey. My thoughts and prayers are with you X
