Noise Trigger

So, my day was great until my last two class periods. We were watching a war movie. People were screaming in pain and bombs were going off, etc. It only slightly bothered me, but then came last period. The feeling sick to my stomache and struggle to breathe carried over. In my last class everyone was talking over each other and yelling. I started having a headache and I couldn't breathe. My hands started shaking and I was fighting the urge to scream and curl up in a ball. There was people everywhere and I felt trapped. Couldn't get out. Trapped. Oh God I was terrified. Had to wait 11 minutes for the bell to ring but, it seemed like hours. As soon as I left the room I felt relief but, I'm still shaking from it. Most of the other reactions have stopped. It seems I can't listen to the teacher, do in class assignments or study because of all the noise. This same reaction happens every time the class becomes loud. Most of my teachers don't allow phones so I can't listen to music to drown them out and stop the panic attacks. I don't know what to do. This is having a big effect on my grades and I can't seem to get past it.

Can you opt out of watching movies that are likely to trigger you?

Say you'll study the time period from other sources and just not be there for the watching?

Probably not. They just say to not look at it.

Is this for a uni class? Are you seeing a therapist or dr who is aware of your responses to triggering sounds? Maybe it's possible to ask for a Dr. note to be excused from these types of films for your health? Or try to explain it like how a person who is epileptic gets triggered by flashing florescent lights or what have you and it's obviously not the same thing, but it might make it easier for your teachers to understand it?
