Heather did these hallucinations just randomly start? They seem like they are devolving rapidly out of control, and out of your ability to control or handle what is happening. Have you been to the doctor or just your therapist? If someone starts having hallucinations out of the blue it's usually a good time to get checked up and make sure it's nothing organic, even if you do have PTSD. It could be something as simple as meds, or as complex as an evolving symptom or some organic concern. I think figuring out what is causing them is the single best thing you can do to help deal with the fact that you have them or even to stop them. I have auditory, somatic and visual hallucinations. I also have delusions where I will be convinced what I am seeing or hearing is real, beyond a shadow of a doubt, despite obvious evidence that it is not. There is a difference between a hallucination and a delusion.
Hallucinations don't mean you are crazy. As long as you are clearly able to identify that what you are hearing or seeing is not real, you still have a grip on reality. Like I said in my other thread, there is a difference between hearing the television talk to you and believing televisions can talk to you. Try and focus on your reality around you and on recognizing that these are hallucinations and are not part of reality, they are generated by your mind. I think it is important for you to make sure you get as much help figuring this out as you can, as soon as you can. Especially since your hallucinations are starting to frighten you. I'm sorry that you're going through this. I know it's tough. Try and remember to focus on what is around you. Grounding and all that. Sounds stupid but sometimes it works. Even just talking with people as it's going on can help better focus the reality around you rather than what is manifesting in your mind.
