Sure, "looking for water", I believe it. Its got nothing to do with the weaponization of space. Did they think that an artificial impact could actually effect the integrity of the moon's crust? Did they think any deeper than "water"? What will happen to us if we accidentally destroy our moon? Sheesh!

My Govt. is not going to give those of us on social security a cost of living increase!

Seems, they can't afford it. Oh Yea, they are also going to increase the premiums on medicare health insurance.
