in a few words tell me how to get through this overwhelming hopeless feeling I am in. I need help! I can't do this anymore.
 
I do 5/5/5 breathing to ground. 5 in, 5 out, 5 rest (no in or out). I also try to move, or feel something, so many times I will try to take a bath (shower is too much for me in those moments).

Is there something in particular that is upsetting you? Do you know the trigger? Can you speak about it?
 
I had a rough therapy session yesterday too. I just went home, took a bubble bath and went to sleep. I allow REM sleep to sort out the emotional heavy stuff. Probably good to walk around a nearby building, park or neighborhood if it is safe to do so. Doing the breathe exercises when walking should help.
