i don't know really what to do right now, im only three days without my medication (Effexor XR 150 MG). I cant get a refill for another 16 days. there are a lot of stressors including school and finances right now, and i feel like everything is imploding on itself. the brain zaps are getting bad already and suicidal thoughts are filling my every waking moment. i have friends and family on other medications, but they are all SSRI's rather than SNRI's. is there anything i could take or do to help get through this?
