For other platforms you can check out Discord. There's a site called Disboard where you can filter through tags like age range, PTSD, mental health, etc. There are probably dozens of groups of likeminded people out there. Discord is a kind of instant messaging app composed of groups of people, so you would be messaging/chatting in real-time.

Then there are forums like myPTSD (here), Pandora's Aquarium (particularly regarding the trauma of rape, this is closely tied to RAINN), Out of the Storm, Reddit's r/PTSD and r/CPTSD, DailyStrength's PTSD group... if you're looking for video-based virtual support, Alcoholics Anonymous hosts them over Zoom, I believe.
