Absolutely agree! And your flute is beautiful! I can hear the wondrous sounds it makes. Great instrument. Yes! You ought to play it often. Music soothes the soul. ?

Beautiful!!!! The colors and shapes are a party in one place! ? It is delightful to look at again and again. May I "lift" your photos? I would love to make a computer puzzle with them and add them to my selection of photos that I use on my computer screen. I will not use them any other way and they will be labeled with your Forum name. Wouldn't it be a fun experience to learn how to pull and blow glass like this? Tacoma, Washington has had his glass work on display in the old train station, turned Chihuly museum, for years. I think there is one in Seattle, too.

Yeah, this is the BEST thread ever, huh, @ladee? It does lift one's spirits and is so refreshing to look through. I just went through all the posts, again, last night. It provides of moment of escaping the mundane and angst we find ourselves in. This is a happy spot to be in!

So beautifully stated, @ladee . Thank you.

These trees in our yard remind me daily of how some individuals (trees) are able to just let shit (leaves) go, while others hold on to their shit (leaves) much longer....and there's nothing wrong with that. It just is what it is.

I doubt if the trees are sitting there judging the others for being too tall, too branchy, too leafy, too bare, too wide, or too skinny, etc. They just stay rooted, keep growing, supporting life, and wait patiently for hugs. :)

I enjoy still having leaves hanging around to share their last dance with me on a windy day. Not to mention the little bit of color it adds to otherwise dreary gray days.

This is a huge sea shell I found in a Thrift Store one time. In front of it is a piece of drift wood I found when at the sea once. These are 2 more treasures of mine!
