Not as clear as NHs swallowtail, but I saw this red admiral whilst on my walk yesterday.

Beautiful KP. The plant looks more like Himalayan Balsam though (hope you don't mind me saying). :eek:

My H taught me something that probability isn't good if you are hyper vigilant! If you touch those seed pods and gently squeeze or stroke them :whistling: :rolleyes: they 'jump off' the stem and really make you jump! Honestly, I jump every time even though I know what is happening.
