The p medication was promethazine! (I finally received letter from psych today after dr printed it off for me!). I'm going to talk to my dr next time I see him about changing to it, or trazodone/amytriptaline were also mentioned, but these can still cause weight gain. And I need to speak to dr about being referred to cbt for sleep as therapist won't help as says I know it all and I only see her now once a month...
