One thing I found really helpful to make me feel better is to put a group of songs together and sing them at the top of my voice. It gives me a healthier sense of release and can lift my spirits. Some of my favourite are:
Bon Jovi - Someday Ill be Saturday night
Sugababes - Ugly
Christina Aguillera - Fighter
Neyo - Better Today
Natalie Grant - I will not be moved
Natalie Grant - Live for today
Destinys Child - Survivor
Dixie Chicks - not ready to make nice
Anyone else find listening to music helps? If so maybe we could start a thread on good positive thinking songs :)
