Just now noticed this thread.
Propranolol. Oooooooooh boy. I was on that for a bit. I wanted it. My neurologist was strongly against it, but, I pushed and pushed because of all this great stuff I heard aboutit. He kept saying "bad idea", but finally got me a script for it. Oooooooh boy. I should have listened to him!
It did nothing for the PTSD. But I started sleep walking. Something about waking up, finding my neighbors wife walking me home. Another time, waking up in the bushes 5-1/2 miles from home. I was barefoot and my feet were blistered.
That was a month I'll never forget and never ever want to relive. It was a nightmare.
