Hi Steve

I have not checked back here for awhile as a lot of personal issues have come up and I have been so busy. But, tonight I was in a dark place and reading what you just wrote even if it was in March made me teary and I wanted to say thank you for writing that to me.

It has been a pain constantly attending medical appointments and always being in that environment, but my medical condition didn't scare me as much as PTSD scared me and still does sometimes.

I really just wanted to come here and introduce myself and see if I could find others out there like me that too are diagnosed with it. I just did not know what to do and came for support as I have been healing.

Thank you Junebug, a lot. Well, I would hope one day I could tell my story and people would understand PTSD more. :)

I know exactly what you mean Iam, it is bizarre. I didn't know what to tell my T in the beginning because it sounded so weird to me to tell them that. I thought they would think I'm nuts, but then I just learned about it and I am on some medication now that aids in my recovery.

Yeah, I get that too with family members a lot. I'll be here one minute and gone the next.
