Sufferer PTSD for 40 years, back agin 2 years ago

I lived with PTSD for 40 years. After initial treatment I was OK with life.
Until 2 years ago when social media and the Internet re-lit the fires.
Now? The demons are back and playing with my mind in my sleep.
Then I asked for help , and found no one listened anymore.
