I also have gone through much abuse from many different situations and different people , I find peace in expressing how I am feeling through art, I think its all about finding ways to express your feelings in a healthy manner...I find that when I do create something even if it is at an amateur level it helps me feel like I have created something beautiful out of something dark and overwhelming.. hope this is helpful.

:( I just am having such a rough time right now and it wasn't for my supportive non abusive boyfriend and his family I'm not sure where or what I would be doing during this time in my life...I do like and enjoy talking to everyone and the advice is great... I think that joining this site was a great idea because I deactivated my Facebook page due to my ex that has my children was starting a lot of unnecessary drama and problems that I do not need ...
