Ptsd + Frontoffice

So in 18 days (yes im counting them :)) ill he going to the channel island to do an frontoffice internship for 5 months. I know its gonna be fun but also diffecult, because you gotta smile all the time and be friendly. This is not diffecult on first hand but what if I get a flashback or something and then I feel sad.

Any one has frontoffice(reception) experience?

Just remember that every time you smile or laugh, your body gives yourself a shot of dopamine and seratonin. :)
When I was feeling really bad I found myself smiling a lot and didnt know why, now I know.
