And maybe to go one lighter. 10 Wheels for Jesus by Elvis Hitler. Not sure if its religious or blasphemy. But I like it. Rock A Billy

Axually, being old, as in pushing seventy, I have a collection of older LPs and CDs (the music is older) from the sixties and seventies. Loaded as MP3s on my iMac, I play artist collections of a duration of several hours. Mornings are particularly difficult with the sleep deprivation, stress and chronic pain. Initially I have to force myself to listen to the music but eventually it gets easier and better. It can take a few hours and cups of coffee before I get to human but it generally works.

I bet ya got John Mayall and the old Fleetwood Mac. I think I fought the war to background music. LOL I just converted all my LPs to digital files and all CDs the same. I no longer have hard copy. My truck has MP3 so I just burn a CD when I travel.

About seven years ago I had an online jukebox until they made me take it down. One compilation I have is titled "Vietnam the Rock 'n Roll War 1955 - 1975." It features 100 tracks for each year. Except '75 where I dubbed a compilation of war related clips with a background track.

Anyone interested get a hold of me backchannel and I will be more than glad to burn it to DVD and send it along. They are all MP3 files.

Here is one that keeps the hopes up. Good old Pink Floyd

Yep, that one's in my 'F**k you all' folder.

So's this!:

And from a bloke who really knows how to stick two fingers up in style:

'come and have a go if you think you are hard enough!' Pure essence of the North, that.

(maybe I should dedicate that one to Cristina Kirchner........)
