Puts Hands Up - Physical & Sexual Abuse

Hey all,

My name is Holly I'm 22 and have been diagnosed with PTSD since I was 15.

I am an abuse sufferer physical, sexual and the others and despite years of therapy medication and the likes I'm still trying to be in this world whilst suffering every minute of every day.

I stumbled across this site on google in an effort to find people who will be able to understand on some level what it's like for me.

Sorry about my rambling. Even just posting this sort of stuff makes me nervous.
