Sufferer Ready for a clean slate. diagnosed 5 years ago, recently things have gotten quite bad.

Hi there everyone.
I just turned 28 and was clinically diagnosed with PTSD at 23. Recently, things have gotten quite bad honestly. In my chaos, I want to join with a community. I want to join a group that understands and maybe can explain these things I'm going through to make them a little clearer. I also love being support to others. I love talking about everything.
I'm looking forward to going through this forum and meeting all you other people looking to find some clarity. Nice to meet you all! :)
