If you did not disable IP addresses on SurveyMonkey, you can go through your individual responses to view IP addresses and then copy and paste them into a site like Dead Link Removed (there are many others) to view the country of the respondent. This way you can weed out the non-US responses.
For instance, 14.224.73.165 is in Viet Nam and 24.224.73.165 is in the US.
I have done research using SurveyMonkey and had to resort to this method. Even though I explicitly stated that respondents must be from the US in the invitation to participate, there were still people who didn't read/follow instructions and wrote things like "Germany" in the zip code box!
Of course you may need to consult with your IRB/ethics people before you proceed if you did not mention IP retrieval in your initial application/proposal!
