I second Nicolette's words Jen, I'm glad you can laugh about it. :smile: Jim is not much of a TV man, he has his fishing shows and war documentaries that he watches, however for the most part I don't have to fight for the remote. :wink:

Well he went into work today and I managed to get my day off I rang him to make sure he was out of bed and he was up earlier today and went of to work.:clap:
I know he will sleep in for the rest of the week but at least I got my day off!

Hubby is really down the last couple of days. I can rack my brain wondering whats bought this on I have no idea I think it has been building up he seemed to be not good last week?
He wont get out of bed he got out of bed last night ate some pizza then went back to bed.
What more can you do? I cant drag him out of bed? I just rang him and asked if he wanted to go and see Doc he said dont worry about him I told him I was worried about him he said he would be right! Yeh when!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear it Jen. Can relate to the rollercoaster ride. Assume he's depressed? Sounds like it. Been pushing my Evie past her depression and its working. However. She is my child. Big difference between a child and a spouse as you know. Different boundaries. Whatever you do Jen, don't neglect yourself. Your trying, what else can you do really. Frustrating isn't it?

Yeh thanks Jim it is frustrating I keep racking my brain as to thinking what had bought him down?
I suppose unless he talks about I wont find out? But he doesnt talk. It could have been anything that triggered of this episode. I cant help him unless he talks!
Life has to go on we are running a business the world wont wait!

You live in a military zone, correct? You spoke earlier about moving maybe? I wonder, would it make a difference for him. Less triggering in general?

yes Jim we do and we spoke about moving recently but at this time finance doesnt allow us to move because of our business we are here for another couple of years at least?
We are not involved with the Army any more he lost all his mates as he stopped socialising. His best mate is in Kuwait at the moment.
I wonder what he is going to be like when our son goes to Afghan next year?
I rang home before he is out of bed all be it just to the tv?
