No one here can diagnose. You have treatment professional in your life, I’d suggest asking them about your concerns you have PTSD not OCD.

That being said, your symptoms do not suggest a PTSD diagnosis. You actually have symptoms quite different from PTSD. Your clinical team is on the right track with an obsessive compulsive diagnosis. It can be very miserable to endure obsessive disorders, they can be triggered by distressing events, they include triggers and a lot of anxiety, and they are highly treatable.

Stick out the treatment you have and talk to your therapist. It’s the quickest path to relief.
