Sewing and ice packs

So this is a call out to the sewing and other creative people.

I was wondering if any of you have made scarves that fit in an ice pack for my neck/skull to manage panic attack? What I want to do is have a scarf with an ice pack in it to wrap around my head.

Or has anyone made clothing where you could put in ice packs in your clothing to assist with grounding? That you could wear as your normal clothing which cannot be seen by others?

Likewise with weighted blankets. Made one into an item of clothing?

I may just have to create my own, however I am curious to know if anyone has done this.

I think weighted hoodies are out there. I have seen them fly across my page every once in awhile.
