Should i change my sleeping hours?

    I do the same thing myself, most nights. Lol. Gotta stack it. It's so good when I feel all weak and tired and like I -have- to lie down and go sleep, because usually that means I'm going to sleep through the night :/. Not something my body does on its own >.<

    I'm adapting the rest of my life to my odd sleeping pattern. I gave up on trying to change my sleep. It is what it is. Just have to make the best of things.

    I live with Dominicans and they just fall over and sleep when they need to. Usually, muttering something like "tengo sueno" (I have sleep) and it's simply understood that the person will be unconscious for awhile.

    If you can sleep, sleep. Enjoy.
