I jave read most of the replies now, and the majority think its dangerous to get moxed up with someone with ASPD or sociopathy. So can i ask, is ot normal to feel that it is as good as it gets at times?

I really wanted to reply individually as i felt there was a few different angles and a few different advices. I will try to do that now, but if it doesnt work, please know i am grateful for your response anyway.

It is normal, because as I said, he manipulated you into believing that. He wanted you to feel that way, so he planted the seed in your mind, most likely without you every realising it.

Yes it is normal to feel it is good at times and not at others. Whether they have ASPD or not abusers of all kinds can be real charmers. That's how they rope us in to their abuse.
