I was thinking of marrying Argis the Bulwark who lives in Markarth. But if I bought the house there he comes with it as my follower. So no real bonus.

I am also thinking of marring Avruse Sarethi. She owns Sarethi Farm and grows Nirnroot!

This might actually be a good match. I enjoy walking around the quite farms in the game and love helping...

My kids chose merchants. Son's wife moved her store to his home, and shares half her profits with him DAILY! :D :geek: Daughter's husband... is nice to her. :):O_o: He doesn't share profits though. I'm thinking I'll keep my options open, why should I let a little thing like gender get between my character and her destiny, eh? LOL

Okay, Treasure Trove, lol... I brought this up to my son and he said that he didn't get a lot there. But, I got several magikal necklaces (Necklace of Smithing, Necklace of Waning Frost, Amulet of Stendarr) along with the bow. Plus I got a really expensive necklace, which I sold for cheap. :( I probably should have saved it to enchant it later.

I was on my way to Speak with the Greybeards, I took the footpath East along the river around a really tall mountain area near Whiterun. I came upon Valtheim Towers. I had no problems killing the bandits there, but I usually walk on sneak so I know when enemies are nearby and I like shooting them from a distance with my arrow. :) So... no one was alerted when I took out the first one.

I just finished the Dark Brotherhood quest line. It was...easy. But in a good way. I am glad there was not as much cave searching. Happy that it varied.

Love Shadowmere, lots better then the Oblivion shadowmere. Skyrim shadowmere is so dark and fits perfectly into the dark brotherhood world.

The new upgrades for dawnstar sanctuary are awful! IMHO.

It also has prisoners, who moan all the time. I have to check if that room as a door, so I don't have to listen to them all the time.

Hello peoples :) Had to chime in on this thread because I am a huge RPG buff and cannot resist any conversation regarding said topic.

One thing I find with games like Skyrim is that I spend almost all of my time MAKING CHARACTERS, so much so that I rarely get around to actually playing the game! I got the game guide and immediately had to make one character for each of the "sample characters" in the book. THEN I went through the guide and actually PLANNED OUT which parts of the game each character would play ie High Elf Mage joins the Mages' Guild and lives in Winterhold, Argonian Rogue joins the Thieves' Guild and lives in Riften etc. I have one character who is a priest of Arkay and whenever I find a new Draugr crypt I save it for her.

And don't even get me started on World of Warcraft...
