Recently I have lots and lots of sleep but it is still not enough. I am still so tired.
I realise that the quality of the sleep is so important.
I travelled through several time zones and then back again. It has messed with my head more than I would ever have imagined, Perhaps I will be a little wiser next time and not try to return to work after just a couple of days. I thought I had given myself plenty of time, but was soooo wrong!
