Sleeping Masks

I just want to say I endorse these. Depending o the light situation in your room there could still be light that gets into your eyes and I have found sleeping masks very helpful in blocking this out. I also sometimes "palm" my eyes and cup my hands over my eyes for a few minutes to block out any light. I've found this helps to reset my eyes and gives them a chance to relax.
 
I like them too. I've got a weighted one that keeps me a bit calmer. No idea if that's scientifically backed -- I'd say no because most people wouldn't purposefully sleep on their backs :P

I like that they make it easy to have a bright night light, so if you wake up in a panic you can tear off the mask and see you're surroundings.
