Hope the link works. A driver intentionally mowed down pedestrians in a crowded area. At least three people were killed. It sounds like one of the victims was a baby in a pram. This is so disturbing. And so incredibly senseless. It's no wonder I feel so anxious whenever I'm out in public with my kid.

Yes, that seems to be the weapon of choice for many criminals out there. The friends of my stalkers have attempted to frighten me with such tactics for years, pretending they will hit me with their car.
When I reported that to the local police they said: well since there was no verbal intimidation then we can't do anything for you.
