Hi all,

I am a 26 year old guy, diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder back in 2003 after helping out horrific road accident. After months of treatment, I finally got over it. Not fully though; the sight of blood on tv is enough to make me squirm.

During the treatment at the hospital, I was told by the psychiatrist, as a way to release stress, I should write my feelings out. So I did, in MS Word and ard 2005, I decided to publish it to blogger. This is kind of an avenue for me to tell others my story and maybe as an educational material as well; fellow sufferers who wants to read.

Most details were included in the blog.

Now, in 2009 I am as happy as ever because I thought I am over it but about 2 days back, I received spam mail from Meetyourmessenger.co.uk and under the login name it stated { Hi "7am 16th Oct 2003....1 year on..."...new friends for you }

I was so shocked because that date and time was the exact time the accident happened. I clicked on the link because I was so upset about it and well, it could be a spam, bot whatever that had taken my personal info and details...but this is just cruel...I am really upset about it.

Now I keep thinking about it, and I am having panic attacks because I see it as a bad omen maybe? Maybe as sign that its my turn to die.

I didn't know spam could be this bad. Sighs. I did a check on meetyourmessenger.co.uk and found out it was a dangerous site. But how did anyone can access my blog and link it and ugh...I should go to the hospital soon. The images are back.

Please help explain. =(

regards,
