I'm kinda new, only been here a week or two and I have looked at lots of posts and not really found what I'm looking for, so thought I would ask instead.
I'm looking for strategies/help with numbness. I've been feeling like this for over a year now and have tried the normal stuff - mediation, exercise, doing things I used to love etc. but nothing seems to be working. I'm not depressed, just don't seem to be able to feel anything anymore (good or bad).
Just wondering what others have done or found to help - any feedback/ideas would be much appreciated.
